At Possehl Digital, we stand by our values

Our values at Possehl Digital – derived from the DNA of the Possehl Group

Entrepreneurial Action

Our operationally independent subsidiaries, as well as Possehl Digital, are led by passionate entrepreneurs who know and live their business. We value independent action, bottom-line accountability with clear areas of responsibility, high decision-making competencies, and measurable success criteria.

Future-Oriented

We do not want to rely on the familiar but embrace and shape change. We think innovatively and long-term, consciously navigating the balance between profitability and investments in the future.

Diverse

Many companies, many markets, many people: We meet these heterogeneous conditions and environments with diversity in all dimensions. We promote exchange and voluntary collaboration within the business unit and the group for the benefit of all involved.

100% Meaningful and Value-Creating

All profits generated by us and the group serve the common good or strengthen the companies. We are committed to exemplary, responsible, and ethical conduct, as well as respectful interactions with all stakeholders.

Sustainable Action at All Levels

At Possehl Digital, sustainability is at the core of our actions. We promote long-term growth that is economically responsible and socially just, aiming to make a sustainable positive contribution to society through ethical conduct and respect for all stakeholders.

Compliance is not just a technical term for us as a Group, but an elementary component in our daily activities.

That is why trust is essential for Possehl Digital's success as part of an internationally active group of companies. Good cooperation is based on the trust of customers and business partners, employees and the respective local business environment. The prerequisite for this is consistent adherence to high standards of social behavior such as integrity, loyalty and honesty.

It is our responsibility to create and maintain universally valid basic values of our behavior that go beyond the applicable laws and that should form the basis for every entrepreneurial activity. Therefore, we at Possehl Digital are guided by the Code of Conduct of the Possehl Group. This code forms the framework of responsible conduct for all employees, partners and managing directors and can be found under the following link.

Possehl Digital has developed a Code of Conduct for all Possehl Digital employees as well as a Responsible Care Framework for all employees for suppliers (Supplier Code of Conduct), which sets out the key social, environmental and ethical standards that Possehl Digital expects its suppliers to comply with.
